Systems Setup – all the tools you need to automate and simplify your workflow – set up project management folders and tasks (17 Hats, Streak, Asana, Trello, Dropbox, Drive)
Basic bookkeeping – prepare and send invoices, record all transactions + business finances, track hours and bill clients (PayPal Business, Stripe, Wave, Bonsai)
General – prepare and send newsletters or reports to clients to keep them in the loop, update portfolio (add mockups/screenshots, add testimonials)

1. Contact + Chat – Fill out my contact form below so I can get to know more about you and your business. I’ll email you within 1-2 business days so we can ask and answer any questions we may have for each other. We’ll talk about your goals, tasks you need help with, and how I can support you.
2. Book + Welcome – If the master plan sounds like music to your ears, I’ll send over an agreement you can easily sign online and an invoice to secure your spot. You’ll receive a Welcome Packet and a checklist of all the items I’ll need to get started.
We’ll go over your workflow to get you organized, set up systems, and then automate the rest. I’ll create templates and checklists, plus document all processes for current/future team members and clients so they’ll be ready to get to work + move on to the next task.
3. Support + Chill – Ever had so much time on your hands you didn’t know what to do with yourself? No? Well, teaming up with a virtual assistant can make that happen.
